All information is kept as accurate, complete, and up to date as possible, but the accuracy of the product description, price, or stock availability cannot be guaranteed and may contain errors at any time.

We reserve the right to correct, update, and modify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without notice. We are committed to providing an expert badge maker tool, which means that we strive to be as accurate as possible with our digital badges.

Our agency may make the following changes without notice to the User:

• Remove, temporarily disable, or disable permanently some products, services, and/or features of the platform.
• Change prices, promotions, or technical specifications at any time.
• Restrict the amount of any order or reject an order without having to specify a specific reason.
• In case of any price mismatch, stock mismatch, or if the transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, cancel or suspend the transaction.
• In case of any order being cancelled after successful payment is captured, the amount will be refunded and returned to the Buyer's original payment method.

There are several factors to consider when placing a custom order, custom artwork or production specifications:

• Contract Formation: There should be a formal artwork approval before the manufacture of all conference name badges and/or custom orders.
• Deposits: A non-refundable setup or design deposit may be requested before any design work begins on your event lanyards or badges.
• Manufacturing Finality: Once you've paid for your entire order, and the manufacturing of your personalised items has started, you are unable to cancel, amend or request a refund.
• Buyer's Proofing Responsibility: Buyer is solely responsible for the review and verification of all details of the digital proof.
• Errors: If there are any errors (e.g., spelling errors, images that are not of high quality), we are not liable for these errors if they were in the approved proof.

• Payment Methods: Major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and other locally supported payment methods are accepted.
• Secure Gateways: Every financial transaction online is done via highly secure third-party payment gateways.
• Data Protection: We have no access to or keep your credit card details; these are managed by the third-party provider only.
• Currency Standards: All prices are in various currencies for ease of reference, but all charges are made in UK pounds, unless otherwise specified.

Since our products, such as conference name badges and event lanyards, are customisable with your specific information and branding, our return and refund policy is unique to the custom nature of our products. Our goal is to make sure that all our clients are happy and that we don't compromise the integrity of our special production process.

After you place an order, and it gets added to our printing queue, it falls in the category of a final sale. Refunds and change of mind returns are not available. The items are made for the use of your organisation and cannot be reused or resold. Attendee lists and proofs are double-checked by all users before finalising the order.

The only time a cancellation is allowed is if requested prior to the beginning of the production cycle. As we are committed to fast delivery and quick turnaround, production will usually start immediately after the payment has been confirmed. Orders can only be cancelled by contacting our support team as soon as possible. In case the materials are prepared but not printed, a partial refund may be made at our discretion after deducting the administrative and material costs.

Please inform us if your shipment is damaged or if there are any abnormalities in the product within 48 hours of receipt. Photographic evidence of the damaged products and shipping packaging is needed for a claim. If we believe the damage was in transit or during production, we will make a priority replacement with no additional cost to you. We only print what is submitted via our digital platform. ConferenceBadge.co.uk cannot accept any liability for errors that may be caused by the user's input data, including but not limited to:

• Misspelling of names or titles
• Uploader provided logos that are not of high resolution or are pixelated
• Correcting errors that were in the approved digital proof

If an error occurs, and we determine that it is a printing error caused by a technical issue with our equipment (e.g., ink bleeding, misaligned cuts, or incorrect materials used), we will reprint the affected items at no cost to help ensure your event is branded with a premium feel.

We will dispatch your item immediately after production, but we cannot guarantee the exact time due to delays by third-party carriers, customs clearance delays, or weather delays. All orders are tracked, so you can stay up-to-date with your shipment. If the package is positively identified as lost by the carrier, we will strive to file a claim with the carrier and communicate with you to ensure that a replacement order is prepared in time for your event.

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be returned to your original payment method at checkout via our payment provider. This generally takes 5 to 10 business days, contingent on your financial institution's policies. Please be aware that shipping charges for the original order are normally non-refundable unless the return is because of our fault.

• No Warranties: The Site and all Site Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and no representations or warranties of any kind are made.
• Exclusion of Damages: No indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages are allowed against our company in connection with your use of the website or our professional services.
• Limited Liability: The net purchase price paid for any order shall be the maximum amount of our liability for any claim arising from any order.

You are responsible for indemnifying, defending, and holding us, our parent companies, subsidiaries, and their officers and employees harmless against any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from your use of the Site, your failure or breach of these Terms, and your failure or breach of any third-party rights.
